A good toy is not necessary have to be bought in expensive shop. With help of imagination you can make the best toy in the world for your dearest child. Don’t hesitate in your ability to do it.
How did such idea come to my mind? We bought a new book with movable pictures. On one page was a picture with a door. You see the mole when you open the door. Sofia was so taken with it, that I decided to make many doors for her. Sge was very happy to play with this new toy cause it’s very unique. She even helped me to paint some doors:))
The amount of stories we can tell about all the animals who live inside is really endless:)

What a great idea! My son Cole loves these types of books too. This is a terrific project to get him involved in, and not at all expensive! I am thinking we may do this today because it is raining/snowing outside and we are stuck indoors

That is a really neat idea, and it’s something that could grow with a child’s age, too, with more complex subjects and more complex drawings or even something for older kids to make for younger ones. Lots of fun!
