Something old gives something new…
When I was a child if someone has TV set it was really good. Only one channel and some very short cartoons during the day time. In order to see cartoon we had to turn on TV just in time.
If someone had filmstrip at home it was fantastic. I hadn’t it so for me it was something magic:)
Now at the DVD age it seems that filmstrip is completely forgotten.
No, it has its new life with help of my daughter’s godparents. Her godmother found at home lots of interesting films at the same time her godfather found projector.
It’s really interesting because I feel like I’m making movie myself. We turn off light and read and watch at that romantic air different fairy tales. It’s very unique activity, because filmstips are not made here anymore. We are really lucky we have now one. Thanks to Ira and Slava:)
